Virtual Visits

With a video visit, you can have an examination, receive a diagnosis or be prescribed a treatment just like a standard visit to our clinic. You will receive an after visit summary which has a care plan and any follow up instructions.

 

Telemedicine is NOT intended for emergency conditions.

​

Dial 911 if your condition is life or limb threatening.

​

Not every illness is appropriate for treatment via video visit. The list below is intended to give examples of conditions / symptoms that may be treatable via telemedicine. If clinically indicated, your provider can e-scribe a prescription to your pharmacy of choice.
At this time, video visits are available via Medicare or through a cash, self-pay basis at $80.

Video visits are available:

Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Weekends are in-person only
Saturdays 8:30am – 5pm
Sundays 1pm- 5pm

Only Florida residents or visitors currently in Florida may use telemedicine.

Conditions/ Symptoms that may be appropriate for a video visit include:

  • Allergies

  • Common Cold

  • Cough / Bronchitis

  • Nasal Congestion

  • Upper Respiratory Infection

  • Pink Eye

  • Sinusitis

  • Sore Throat

  • Urinary Tract Infection

  • Medical Questions

Conditions/ Symptoms that are NOT appropriate for a video visit include:

  • Abscesses

  • Anything Life or Limb Threatening

  • Back, Pelvic, or Point Pain

  • Chest Pain

  • Controlled Substances

  • Dizziness

  • Ear Pain

  • Fainting

  • Fractures

  • High Fever

  • Lacerations

  • Pregnancy

  • Poisoning

  • Severe Headache / Migraine

  • Shortness of Breath or Wheezing

  • Weakness or Numbness

  • Young Children
